Sometimes, if I've only 20 minutes, I do a really rough loose one in a notebook. And sometimes, when I want to take more time, I'd do a clearer one in my sketchbook, like the one here. Anyways, I remind myself that it's not about doing it perfectly. It's about recording stories before they are forgotten. There are new events and stories crowding into my mind every day. Doing these diaries does help me slow down, organise my thoughts and emotions, and focus my thoughts on things that are helpful rather
